Fatima (Mylene Dizon), a police woman made sure that the criminals won't have a chance during the procession. Meanwhile, Belen Salvacion (Assunta De Rossi), a pregnant woman, attended the procession asking for the black Nazarene's blessings. On the other hand, Grace (Mickey Ferriols) together with her parents and son also attended the procession. Grace was diagnosed having a heart disease wherein her condition is already critical. Grace's mother (Malou Crisologo) bought some candles to a candle vendor and met Andrea (Iza Calzado/Dexie Daulat). Grace's mother appreciated Andrea's gracefulness and how Andrea convinced costumers to buy. Later that time, at the same street, Belen together with Fatima and Grace prayed to the black Nazarene. After awhile, Belen felt labor pains without any attention from the other devotees. Luckily, Fatima saw Belen and helped her gave birth to beautiful baby girl. On the other hand, Grace was trapped in a crowd and fainted. A couple days later, Belen went home happy with her healthy baby girl, Veronica Salvacion (Andi Eigenmann). Belen was surprised to see her husband who just came out of prison. Belen was battered by her husband because Belen was responsible of her husband's imprisonment. Belen fought back and hurriedly went to Fatima's house, asking for help. Belen had no other choice but to ask Fatima's help because of her fear to be killed by her husband. Fatima, on the other hand, accepted Belen and Veronica heartily. Fatima even informed Belen that her daughter, Andrea will be happy seeing them, Belen and Veronica.
