Belen Trinidad (Sandy Andolong) thanked her daughter, Sarah Trinidad-Raymundo (Shaina Magdayao), that she has accepted Baby Missy. She was happy to know that she has not changed. Sarah told her mother, Belen, that she is still the Sarah that she had known before. When Sarah returned to the room, she noticed that Baby Missy was not moving. She shouted for help. She told her mother that Baby Missy seems to be not breathing. They then rushed Baby Missy to the hospital. Rino De Dios (Ron Morales) came and told Sarah that they have already arranged the papers in the hospital. Rino then advised Sarah to take a rest and that he will be the one to look after Baby Missy. That night, Rino chatted with Joy (Nikki Valdez). He told her of what was happening in the Philippines. Joy was shocked of the things she had heard. She could not believe that Sarah had volunteered to take care the child of her husband, Paulino "Paul" Raymundo (Jake Cuenca) with his mistress, Mia Pedroso (Bangs Garcia). Joy told Rino that she knows that he is still in love with their friend, Sarah. But he has to accept the fact that Sarah is in love with Paul. And that Sarah would only see him as a best friend.
